This notice is for the ezRo product, portal, and client payments. easyAI LLC (Pennsylvania limited liability company) is the company. ezRo (ezRo.bot / ezro.bot) is a product of easyAI LLC.

Roles

easyAI LLC is the controller of client account, portal, support, and billing data.

easyAI LLC is the processor of end-customer voice, SMS, and order facts the client puts into the product. The client owns that end-customer data and is the controller of it.

What we collect

Account: business name, owner name, email, mobile number, Telegram username if provided, and sign-in verification evidence.
Portal use: store configuration, product settings, and operational data the client enters.
Support: messages the client sends to support.
Billing: invoice and payment records for client software fees.
SMS and voice content the client or its customers send through products the client enables.

Processors

easyAI LLC uses processors to run the service: hosting, email, Stripe for client payments, Telnyx or a successor for platform SMS, and Vapi or a successor for voice.

Selling

easyAI LLC does not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep account, portal, and billing records for as long as the client uses the product and for a reasonable period after, as needed to operate, bill, and meet legal duties. SMS-program retention is described on SMS Privacy.

Requests

Email support@ezro.bot to ask about access or deletion of client account data.
