Service Terms

These Service Terms are the software contract between easyAI LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, and the dry-cleaning business (the client) that uses ezRo (also written ezRo.bot or ezro.bot). ezRo is a product of easyAI LLC. It is not a separate legal entity.

easyAI LLC sells B2B software: an AI receptionist, a client portal, marketing and growth tools, and other AI software. Creating an account does not turn a product on. Each product goes live only when the client enables it and completes its setup.

SMS program terms are separate. Texts from ezRo.bot follow the SMS Terms, SMS Privacy, and SMS Consent pages at /terms, /privacy, and /sms-consent.

Who may use it

The client must be a business. The person who accepts these terms must be authorized to bind that business. End customers who drop off clothes buy from the client, not from easyAI LLC.

Acceptable use

The client may use the software only for lawful business purposes. The client must not abuse authentication, messaging, or APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or send unlawful or unsolicited marketing through a channel that requires consent the client does not hold.

Billing

Public portal billing applies unless an invoice says otherwise. Rates come from the published portal price list.

A product clock starts when that product is turned on, not at its first call or message. Staff may overwrite that start.
Turning Voice or SMS/chat on creates the store monthly SKU if it is missing. Review on creates the review campaign SKU. Unknown caller conversion on creates that SKU.
Store monthly SKUs (Mia, one line per store) bill in advance at the start of each monthly period with a minimum of one month. Turning off the last store channel, or Shut all, ends billing at the end of the period already opened; no later store-monthly invoices follow.
Review bills in arrears as the lesser of the published unit rate times attributed reviews (Google reviews that came from your review asks, each counted once) and the published cap. Zero attributed reviews is zero, not a forced flat.
Unknown caller conversion bills confirmed first visits in arrears when they were not billed before, tracked by conversion id.
Turning a product back on starts a new cycle. The old cycle still invoices on its original due date.
Unpaid invoices do not turn products off.
Owner or admin adds a card through Stripe Checkout. Due statements charge that default method. There is no separate finalize step.
Published trial days run from turn-on. A 60-day trial first bills on day 61, and that first bill covers the month ahead.

Cancellation

The client may cancel the whole account by emailing support@ezro.bot. Turning a product off, or Shut all, bills the open period. Later periods for that product do not. The current in-progress period still bills.

Refunds

easyAI LLC does not refund a period already billed unless the paid software was unavailable for that period. Send refund requests to support@ezro.bot.

Taxes

The client is responsible for its own taxes. easyAI LLC may charge tax only where it is registered to collect.

Third-party services

Some features depend on systems the client connects, including POS, phone, and Telegram. Those providers' terms apply. easyAI LLC is not responsible for outages or data handling on those systems outside its control.

Not dry-cleaning services

easyAI LLC does not sell dry-cleaning services. It does not take end-customer payments for cleaning. Complaints and money issues about cleaning stay with the client.

AI limits

The software can be wrong. It is not a lawyer and is not a substitute for the client's judgment.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent Pennsylvania law allows, easyAI LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

Governing law

Pennsylvania, USA law governs these terms. Venue is in Pennsylvania, USA.

Software only

This product is software. There is no physical-goods return policy.

Changes

easyAI LLC may update these terms. The Last updated date above will change. Continued use after an update means the client accepts the revised terms.
