This page is the ezRo.bot SMS program. It is not the software billing contract. ezRo.bot is the SMS display brand. easyAI LLC operates the software.

Software billing is in the Service Terms and Service Privacy.

This policy covers information used to send platform SMS under the ezRo.bot brand.

Information we collect

• SMS: mobile number when you request a sign-in code, support text, a review request, store customer updates, or text our number to opt in or ask for help.

How we use it

We use the number to send SMS you opted into. That includes transactional customer-care and account authentication (sign-in codes) and, when you opted in for Review or store customer updates, customer-care texts plus occasional marketing such as a review request after a visit or pickup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver the texts.
